Event technology platform, Bizzabo has introduced Event OS Copilot: an AI-powered, interactive guide to the event experience operating system.
Event OS Copilot allows Bizzabo customers to explore product walkthroughs, chat with support, and ask questions to Bizzabo’s AI — all without leaving the platform. It helps organisers reduce task completion time and boost efficiency.
Event OS Copilot AI was trained on all of Bizzabo’s knowledge base articles, product videos, and imagery into one easy-to-navigate, conversational, generative AI interface. As users ask questions and product features are added, Copilot will automatically update with new information.
The Bizzabo Event Experience OS is a data-rich open platform that allows event leaders to manage events, engage audiences, activate communities, and deliver business outcomes.
