Hyve has acquired the Health Grown Advisory Network (HGAN), a US-based platform that connects healthcare innovators with partners and investors. This marks Hyve’s third investment in the healthcare sector, following recent acquisitions of HLTH and Behavioural Health Tech.

The move strengthens Hyve’s growing healthcare division and deepens its focus on year-round engagement.

HGAN builds partnerships between digital health companies and verified organisations, including employers and health plans. It also offers advisory support on marketing, positioning, and navigating health systems. Clients include Spring Health, Virta, Rightway and Maven – many already active across Hyve’s events such as HLTH, ViVE, and Behavioural Health Tech.

Hyve said the deal adds an advisory layer to its existing meetings and content products, creating more opportunities for curated connections outside the show cycle. The model could later be rolled out to other sectors within Hyve’s portfolio.

Mark Shashoua, CEO of Hyve, said: “By integrating this deeper, high-touch approach with the HLTH product suite, we’re building a stronger, more diversified offering that delivers value all year round.”

HGAN founder Josh Riff will stay on to lead the business. He said: “This partnership delivers exactly what we’ve been building toward – a platform that transcends traditional conference boundaries … Instead of a few touch points a year we want to create meaningful continuous dialogue amongst healthcare innovators and potential partners so that in the end the health consumer benefits.”

Riff continued: “Having spent time getting to know Hyve and its leaders, it’s abundantly clear to me that this is the right step for HGAN and healthcare innovation.”

This marks Hyve’s third healthcare acquisition, following HLTH and Behavioural Health Tech, and its sixth overall since launching the GO27 growth and optimisation plan last year.
