EN Launch Club: Conferences Edition will take place on 24 October 2025 in London, marking Launch Club’s fourth edition. The half-day event is free to attend with registration now live.

The programme will feature sessions covering conference launch strategy, budgeting, delegate sales, and sponsorship.

The event is presented by EN who are behind successful industry events such as the EN Indys Expo, EN Awards and International Confex. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet suppliers who can support new conference launches.

  • 11:45–12:15 – Build Your Launch Budget & Critical Path: creating a structured first cycle

  • 12:55–13:25 – Delegate Sales

  • 14:05–14:35 – Finding & Keeping Sponsors & Commercialising Your Content

The Conference Launch Club follows three other successful EN Launch Clubs in 2025 namely Awards, Consumer Shows and Trade shows. All of these events created new connections, business deals and valuable learning experiences.
