Diversified UK & Europe, a UK-based organiser, has acquired the Workspace Design Show, a London- and Amsterdam-based event focused on workplace design.
The show takes place at the Business Design Centre in February and at RAI Amsterdam in November. It brings together architects, designers, brands and workplace professionals, with more than 200 exhibitors and around 5,000 visitors at each edition.
The most recent London event, held on 25–26 February, attracted more than 5,000 visitors and featured 140 speakers, according to the organisers.
Diversified said the acquisition adds to its portfolio of more than 20 sector-focused events across industries including finance, hospitality, construction, tourism, transport and technology.
Carsten Holm, managing director of Diversified UK, said: “We have been watching the growing success of the business ever since Esha and Charlie launched the events, and feel that their personal approach, customer focus, long-term vision and attention to detail is very similar to our own way of doing things.”
