Creative Live Limited has acquired Event Specialists and Space Studio Graphics, two companies specialising in exhibition build, graphics production and installation services.
The acquisitions expand Creative Live’s in-house production capabilities and its ability to offer end-to-end event solutions under one roof. Event Specialists and Space Studio Graphics were founded by Neil Hampton and Rachel McGowan Kemp around 20 years ago and have built a client base in the exhibition sector.
The deal follows Creative Live’s recent acquisition of Creative Hire. The three acquisitions form part of Creative Live’s strategy to build a portfolio of complementary events services businesses, combining exhibition build, graphics, and hire capabilities with its existing offering.
