The company’s new product, E-Zone AI Assist, generates structured exhibitor content using information pulled from a company’s website. Exhibitors enter their URL into a guided setup, and the system builds a profile in seconds, including product listings.
ASP works with organisers including Clarion, CloserStill, Media 10 and What Else Events. The launch reflects a wider push across the sector to use AI to reduce manual admin and improve digital performance, particularly as organisers look to grow non-branded search traffic and year-round engagement.
Incomplete exhibitor profiles remain a common issue. Organisers often spend significant time chasing content, while exhibitors prioritise other pre-event tasks. ASP’s tool aims to reduce that workload by automating much of the process, while still allowing organisers to control which fields such as descriptions, contact details and social links, can be AI-generated.
Jon Benjamin, CEO of ASP, said: “Exhibitor content is a major driver of event website performance; it’s a hugely valuable but often underutilised asset.”
Nick Craig Waller, marketing director at What Else Events, added: “Managing hundreds of exhibitors across our events is a huge operational challenge, and getting consistent, high-quality profiles has always been difficult.”
