Messe Stuttgart brings together, 6-8 October 2026, six technology events in one place: Quantum Effects, VISION, EFX, Motek, Bondexpo and the Female FutureTech Summit. Together, the events cover key topics ranging from machine vision and quantum technologies to electronics manufacturing, automation and bonding technologies and a single ticket grants visitors access to all six events in the Technology Trade Fair Autumn programme.

The Messe says that joint staging of these events fosters cross-industry dialogue, highlighting the city’s importance as a hub for industry, research and technological innovation.

Overview of the events:

  • VISION – the leading trade fair for machine vision in the Alfred Kärcher Halle (Hall 8) and Paul Horn Halle (Hall 10) shows current technologies and applications from the field of machine vision and industrial imaging, including embedded vision, hyperspectral imaging and deep learning.
  • EFX – Expo for Electronics Manufacturing (Hall 9) provides fresh impetus for electronics manufacturing, covering topics such as smart manufacturing, AI and data analytics, advanced packaging and miniaturisation, supply chain resilience, prototyping and automated processes.
  • The Quantum Effects exhibition in the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart (Hall C2) expands the range of topics to include application-oriented quantum technologies from the fields of quantum computing, quantum sensing and quantum communication. This allows visitors to experience technological developments across various value chains in one place – from research through to manufacturing and industrial application.
  • Motek, located in the Oskar Lapp Halle (Hall 6), showcases solutions for production and assembly automation, whilst Bondexpo, also in the Oskar Lapp Halle (Hall 6), presents cost-effective solutions for joining and connecting through bonding, potting, sealing and foaming.
  • The Female FutureTech Summit in the ICS International Congress Center Stuttgart (Hall C2) brings together women working in STEM and tech professions.

In addition to the six highlights mentioned, further specialist and networking events will take place at Messe Stuttgart. These include the All Hands Meeting of the German AI Centers x ELIAS Alliance Frontier AI Summit (7–8 October 2026), the 5th Africa Economic Summit (6 October 2026) and the 3rd Biointelligence Congress (6 October 2026).

The Biointelligence Congress, taking place as a parallel event to Quantum Effects, creates additional connections between biointelligence and quantum technologies. Separate ticketing arrangements apply to these events.

Parallel to the Technology Trade Fair Autumn, interbad, the International Trade Fair for Swimming Pool, Sauna and Spa with Congress, will also take place in the L-Bank Forum (Hall 1) at Messe Stuttgart.
