EventMobi and Walls.io have announced an integration that brings live social walls, made up of attendee posts, photos and reactions, directly into EventMobi’s Mobile Event App and Live Display screens, alongside session times and sponsor content.

The move responds to growing demand for real attendee content at events. In Walls.io’s 2026 Event Engagement Index, 67% of respondents said they were likely to share photos, videos and reviews during an event, and 88.6% said live participation was essential to their experience, with event screens ranking as the top engagement channel at 60.8%.

Walls.io works with more than 9,000 brands globally, over 70% of which use it for events, and has built partner integrations with digital signage and event technology platforms, including 30 with event tech providers.

Bob Vaez, CEO and co-founder of EventMobi, said: “Content created by real attendees carries more weight right now, especially with so much of what people see online coming from AI. This partnership puts that content right where organisers and attendees already are, inside the event app and onto onsite displays.”

Built to set up quickly

Rather than sending attendees to a separate wall or screen, the integration sits inside the app and signage organisers already use. Organisers choose what appears, such as posts tagged with the event hashtag or photos submitted by QR code, and Walls.io’s moderation tools let teams review content before it goes live. Setup involves building the wall in Walls.io, then adding it as a section in the Mobile Event App and a screen in Live Display.

Daniela Turcanu, head of marketing at Walls.io, said: “When people see their own posts on the big screen, they don’t just watch the event, they help build it… The marketing team can reuse the content, and attendee reactions are the best assets an event marketer has for promoting the next event.”
