Production company ADI has delivered the full production for the official Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games Game On Live Site at Kelvingrove Park. The company transformed the venue into a festival of sport and entertainment across the eleven-day Games.
Working with JA Productions Ltd and the Glasgow 2026 Organising Committee, ADI ran the site’s main stage and its full day-to-day programme, from DJ sets and live hosts to surprise athlete visits, building on a model first used at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Festival Sites.
Spread across the park, the site offered food and drink, sporting activations and family activities including Finnie’s Workout Sessions, alongside the Blaze main stage, which kept things running from morning to evening with music, hosting and appearances from athletes.
Louisa Mahon, chief marketing officer at Glasgow 2026, said: “What an incredible Live Site. ADI delivered the vision and the feedback has been brilliant. It created exactly the atmosphere we had hoped for.”
Olivia McLean, city activation lead (spectator experience and live sites) at Glasgow 2026, added: “The Kelvingrove Park activation formed an important part of Glasgow 2026’s official Game On Live Sites programme, helping bring the Commonwealth Games experience to communities across the city… ADI’s delivery of the full production and site management was hugely impressive.”
