The National Running Show drew a record 30,893 visitors to the NEC in Birmingham.
Now in its eighth edition, the Raccoon Media Group-run event was held from 31 January to 1 February 2026.
Organisers said this was the highest attendance since launch and indicated steady growth as the show has now expanded its exhibitor base, speaker programme and interactive features.
The programme included over 100 speakers, with more than 300 brands exhibiting. Athletes and speakers included Carl Lewis, Laura Muir, Dean Karnazes, Tom Evans, Phily Bowden, Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and Harry Judd.
The show also featured nearly 30 interactive sessions, including training activities, signings and participation experiences across the exhibition floor.
Some of the returning features were the Travelator and Pilates Studio; new additions included the Fordy Runs Rave Run and a British Orienteering Trail.
Organisers have positioned the event as a mix of exhibition, content and participation, designed to attract recreational runners, clubs, brands and industry suppliers in one space.
The next edition of the National Running Show will take place on 30–31 January 2027.
