LiGHT Expo London has reported its highest attendance to date after returning to the Business Design Centre for its fourth edition on 19–20 November.
The UK’s only dedicated high-end lighting exhibition recorded 6,764 visitors, according to organisers.
The 2025 event brought together architects, interior designers, lighting designers, engineers and specifiers, alongside a wide range of architectural and decorative lighting brands. More than 60 speakers contributed to talks and presentations across the two days.
The show also expanded its programme of professional development and industry engagement. The Associations Lounge hosted bodies including the DALI Alliance, The LIA, ILP, SLL and the IALD, and held events such as the Silhouette Awards celebration, the LiGHT Lunch, and a two-day series of splinter talks.
The CPD-accredited [d]arc thoughts programme covered topics including sustainability, circularity, wellness and design practice. Speakers included lighting designer Willie Duggan and Surbhi Jindal of Da Light Hub.
Visitors were also able to view a new light-art installation, Re:Vision, created by Speirs Major Light Architecture in partnership with formalighting. The piece examined colour perception using custom spectral profiles and adapted Ishihara test patterns.
LiGHT Expo managing director Paul James said: “We are proud that the exhibition keeps getting bigger and better this year, cementing LiGHT as a must-visit event for anyone involved in lighting, architecture, interior design, engineering, and beyond.”
