Nineteen Group acquires organiser of Digital Manufacturing Week

Exhibition organiser Nineteen Group has acquired the Hennik Group, organisers of Digital Manufacturing Week, Smart Factory Expo and publishers of The Manufacturer.

The Hennik portfolio has a team of 25 and offers thought leadership and networking opportunities across their series of event, including summits, virtual events and leading industry awards.

Hennik Group founders Nick Hussey and Henry Anson will remain involved in the business and Grace Gilling, MD of the Group will join the Nineteen Group leadership team.

Peter Jones, CEO of Nineteen Group, said: “As Nineteen Group continues to increase its presence in the manufacturing sector, this is an exciting addition to the Nineteen family. The highly talented team at Hennik have deep industry connections and digital expertise that Nineteen Group can learn from.”
