Event technology platform gther has appointed Hana Robinson as client success director.

Robinson said: “Having used the platform, myself and worked closely with the team, I’ve seen first-hand the difference gther can make. So, when the opportunity arose to join such a forward-thinking company, it felt like a natural next step.”

Robinson joins the company after eight years at BBC Studios, where she worked as senior event producer delivering large-scale events.

At gther, Robinson will support the development of the platform’s product and client strategy, with a focus on operational delivery, audience engagement, and event experience across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

The company said the appointment forms part of its strategy to expand industry expertise within the business and develop technology designed to support event organisers with communications, ticketing, operational planning, mapping, and attendee management.

Pepe Parra of gther said Robinson’s experience in delivering large-scale productions aligned with the company’s focus on developing technology that supports event teams behind the scenes.

Robinson added: “What stands out about gther is that it has been built with the realities of modern events in mind. Every touchpoint, from communications, ticketing, and operational planning to pre-event information, live mapping, and on-site guidance, works together to create a seamless experience for both attendees and the teams’ delivering events behind the scenes.”
