Full Circle Events & Exhibitions and Psycho Peacock are relocating their Manchester headquarters to an 80,000 sqft purpose-built facility, representing a 39,000 sqft increase in capacity.
Psycho Peacock will move into the new premises in late December 2025, with Full Circle Events & Exhibitions following in January 2026. The relocation comes a year after the businesses completed a successful management buyout.
Located three miles from the current headquarters, the secure campus will provide upgraded infrastructure, improved logistics and a modern working environment designed to support the next phase of growth.
Steve Comar, chief executive, said: “Since the MBO last year, we’ve been on a strong growth trajectory. We’ve outgrown our current HQ, and this relocation is an exciting and necessary step that will give us the space and capabilities needed to keep advancing at the pace our clients and teams expect.”
He added: “This move is fundamentally about delivering for our clients and supporting our people. The new facility gives us room to expand, innovate, and operate more efficiently strengthening our position and enabling us to continue building the future we’re all working toward.”
The relocation forms part of the group’s long-term investment strategy aimed at expanding operational capacity, strengthening capabilities and supporting its growing teams and client base.
