Exhibition contractor Exhibit 3Sixty has delivered seven events across the UK and Europe in just seven days.

Between 13-20 October, the Coventry-based team worked on HiSense at Curry’s Peak, Quartz CIO CISO Visions CMO, Quartz CFO HR, ERA Portugal, New Scientist Live, NHS Confed RLDatix, and Babystyle at the Nursery Fair.

According to Exhibit 3Sixty, the intensive schedule involved four teams working simultaneously, covering more than 4,200 miles, laying over 4,000 square metres of carpet, printing and installing 2,000 square metres of graphics, and building 1,500 square metres of shell scheme.

Andy Pearce, Exhibit 3Sixty co-founder, said the week was “an exercise in co-ordination” and highlighted the team’s focus on delivering without fuss.

Alan Craner, also co-founder, added that four separate crews were operating in different locations, including Portugal, and praised the project managers, warehouse team, and on-site crews for their work.

Exhibit 3Sixty provides turnkey exhibition services, including shell scheme, graphics, AV, electrics, furniture, lighting, and flooring. The company operates from Coventry and NEC Birmingham and supports more than 50 shows annually.

Pearce added: “We’ve built our reputation on just getting the job done without fuss, and those seven days were the ultimate example of that. We don’t over-promise; we just deliver.”
