Eventflow has been selected to showcase its platform at IBTM World 2026.

The event operations platform is one of 10 startups chosen for AI for Events – Demo Day LIVE. The programme, curated by event technology expert Julius Solaris, will take place during IBTM World in Barcelona from 17-19 November.

Selected startups will demonstrate their technology in the AI Demo Area. They will also take part in lightning demo sessions on the Future Stage.

Eventflow’s platform helps organisers manage exhibitor, sponsor and speaker information. It combines forms, deadlines and communications in one system, while an AI assistant answers event-specific questions using uploaded content to reduce manual administration and repetitive enquiries.

Recent customers include Goodwood, which will use the platform to manage more than 200 partnerships across its 2026 events programme. CloserStill Media is also piloting the platform at one of its flagship events.

Christian Skelton, co-founder of Eventflow, said: “AI is becoming one of the biggest conversations in the events industry, but the real opportunity is in how it can be applied to practical operational work. For organisers dealing with exhibitor, sponsor and speaker management, there are huge volumes of information, repeated questions, missed deadlines and a lot of manual chasing.

“Being selected by Julius Solaris as one of just ten startups from hundreds of applicants is a huge milestone for Eventflow. When we started the business, our goal was to create something that would make a real difference. Like anyone building a business, we’ve had our share of long days and challenges along the way, so receiving this recognition means a great deal.”

Julius Solaris, founder of Boldpush, added: “I am very happy to have Eventflow join us. A testament to their forward thinking approach and dedication to solve event industry’s issues with AI.”
