Full Circle has been nominated for the Best Supplier to Organiser and Best Supplier to Exhibitor categories for the EN Awards 2025. Full Circle supplies a myriad of services to events and exhibitions, from exhibition stand builds to graphics.

EN speaks to Kane Thomas, commercial director at Full Circle, to understand more about Full Circle, what they do for the industry, and what they stand for.

Kane Thomas explains what Full Circle does and its contribution to the events and exhibition industry: “We are a full-service stand contractor, so we deal with organisers to build over 120 events a year, working with over 30 venues.

We also have a custom in-house production element to the business, so we do a lot of space-only designs. We do anything from the design phase to building on-site. We do in-house graphics as well, which we do with our sister company, Psycho Peacock.”

Thomas tells us what makes Full Circle unique: “Our personalities, our characters—we love to innovate and collaborate. We want it to be fun for everyone, and we get good stuff done along the way.”

Growth is crucial to all businesses. Full Circle has displayed steady growth over the last few years, expanding its reach in the events market.

“We have had a lot of growth over the last five years, even more so in the last two,” Thomas explains. “Everything we can do is always growing—we are not just building exhibition stands; we are working closely with the organisers on how to make registration more engaging, how to make features more engaging. Little things like looking at floorplan management—how can we cut down on carpet waste?

Every area of the business is growing, but in a specific way, so we can offer a collaborative, 360-degree service to our clients.”

Thomas tells us about a recent project: “We have just delivered for a big global organiser for an event across the Savoy Hotel, so that is a really unique opportunity and project for us. For the last nine months, we have been working closely with the team, with loads of site visits, mapping out every different floor of the hotel for conference and event space, and building 74 individual stands with slightly different elements across the whole event.”

We ask Thomas what an EN Award would mean for Full Circle: “It is great for the team to feel the reward, whether it is a personal award or a group reward—it is great for morale. Also, it is nice to get the name out there. We have put in a lot of work over the last 18 months to bring Full Circle to the forefront, and getting to see our name up there makes us really proud.”

As the EN Awards are fast approaching, can Full Circle take the supplier crown? With impressive growth over the last few years, providing diversified services alongside a focus on a healthy work culture, they have put themselves in the best position possible to take home an award.
