The Swiss debut, 23 April 2026, of the international Evertiq Expo will mark a new chapter in one of Europe’s most innovative technology ecosystems.
Zürich was chosen for the new one-day event, the Sweden-based organisers say, because of its central European location and stable business environment with world-class academic and research institutions. It will follow Evertiq Expo Tampere which runs 26 March in Finland for what organisers say is the country’s biggest electronic expo.
For the new Swiss edition, Zürich and its electronics R&D ecoystem is a big plus. ETH Zürich and the University of Zürich help regional companies benefit from direct access to highly educated talent and cutting-edge R&D projects. The city is also home to headquarters, R&D centres, and laboratories of global electronics and semiconductor companies such as ABB and TE Connectivity.
The Institut für Jungunternehmen (IFJ) provides support for new business development and offers its Startup Space by IFJ as a modern environment for young innovators and entrepreneurs to thrive. And it is at at Startup Space by IFJ that Evertiq Expo begins its new Swiss chapter.
Evertiq Expo Zürich 2026 will feature an extensive exhibition area for manufacturers, EMS providers, suppliers of production technologies, material solutions, design software, and supply chain services.
Expert sessions will also offer an overview of key issues in today’s electronics industry: from PCB manufacturing technologies and miniaturisation, through base materials and European regulations, to the global semiconductor and memory markets.
