The East of England Arena & Events Centre has confirmed the return of two trade shows that are set to take place over the next couple of months.
The arena announced that SelfBuild & Design East will be returning to the venue on the weekend of 5-6 March, while the National Motorhome and Campervan Show, organised by Warners Shows, will take place on 22-24 April.
SelfBuild & Design East, hosted by SelfBuild & Design Magazine, is a regular in the venue’s portfolio and attracts hundreds of exhibitors to showcase products, services, and expertise. Visitors can meet with industry experts, take part in seminars and see product demonstrations from regional and national companies, as well as fellow aspiring home renovators and builders.
Pamela Newbould, head of events at the East of England Arena and Events Centre, said: “With self-build now a viable option for homeownership, and councils being required to grant planning permission for designated self-build plots, this sector is showing steady growth, with plenty of interest in self-build projects here in the East of England.”
Now in its 32nd year, The National Motorhome and Campervan Show is the longest-running of its kind in the UK, attracting up to 2,500 units camped on-site and in excess of 10,000 visitors looking to buy vehicles, merchandise and equipment in preparation for the summer touring season.
During the show, local and national dealers can demonstrate and sell new and used motorhomes, campervans and converted vehicles. Attendees will also be able to camp during the four-night event where there will be electrical hookup points for vehicles and live entertainment.
Newbound said: “It is always a pleasure to work with Warners and to be a part of the show’s rich history. We look forward to working closely with them for another successful event in April.”
