Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) is set to participate in a major showcase of career pathways for Emiratis – Ru’ya 2025 Careers UAE Redefined, which runs 23–25 September across Halls 1–4 at the venue.
DWTC will shed light on a range of career options and internships at the venue, designed to prepare the nation’s youth to play a key role in shaping the emirate’s future.
UAE nationals interested in building careers in diverse sectors such as events, hospitality, real estate, and free zones are encouraged to visit DWTC’s stand (A2-5 at Hall 2) to explore its latest opportunities.
Dr Najat Obaidalla, senior vice-president of human resources at DWTC, said: “DWTC is proud to be fully aligned with the UAE’s Emiratisation Strategy by offering rewarding career pathways for Emirati talent. Our goal is to foster an inclusive workplace where UAE Nationals are empowered to grow, take on leadership roles with confidence, and contribute meaningfully to DWTC’s success and to Dubai’s long-term growth.”
DWTC will spotlight tailored programmes for UAE nationals, including:

AI-powered recruitment tools

The platform guides candidates through each stage – from CV creation and role matching to AI-conducted interviews.
UAE Nationals will gain direct access to DWTC recruiters at the event and visitors will also be able to connect with Emirati professionals currently working at DWTC, who will share their personal experiences and career journeys.
Dr Obaidalla added: “Our greatest investment is in our people. At DWTC, our mission goes beyond offering jobs – it’s about empowering Emirati talent with mentorship, skills, and an environment that enables them to succeed as future leaders. Ru’ya provides a vital platform to engage with ambitious young Emiratis, understand their aspirations, and support them in shaping meaningful, impactful careers that contribute to DWTC’s and Dubai’s growth story.”
Since its inauguration, DWTC has hosted close to 6,400 events, with an estimated economic output of ADn, attracting over 40m business visitors to Dubai.
