ART SG is a new art fair coming to Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands hotel, from 1-3 November 2019. It is organised by AngusMontgomery Arts, Tim Etchells and the MCH Group, who plan to make it an annual event which engages with established collectors as well as new buyers.
