For nearly 25 years, Exib has built and delivered for event and design agencies, trusted to bring creative visions to life while staying behind the scenes.
It now aims to raise its profile after a long stint being behind the scenes to some of the biggest events within the industry space.
With a team of technicians, project managers and carpenters, plus a workshop capable of producing custom builds for global installation, Exib has the credentials to sit among the industry’s leading names. The challenge lies in visibility. When most work is done under white-label arrangements, promoting your own brand becomes difficult.
That’s something the company is now looking to change. During 2026, Exib aims to become an industry-recognised name that stands alongside established players in exhibitions and live events.
Reclaiming their space

John Mulhall, managing director, said the pandemic forced a change in focus. “We pivoted towards sports hospitality and museum work, which was an opportunity to showcase our carpentry skills. But over time, that sector became the majority of our business, and we unintentionally drifted away from our core in exhibition stands. That’s something we’re determined to redress.”
The shift back towards exhibitions comes with renewed purpose. Exib is activating social channels, particularly LinkedIn, to share more of its work and expertise, launching a new website, and increasing visibility through event attendance and marketing.
Sarah Scragg recently joined as sales and client services manager. With more than 30 years in the exhibition industry, she brings understanding of the pressures agencies face and how Exib can support them.

“Everyone in this industry knows how tough it can be when capacity is maxed out”, Scragg said. “Turning work away isn’t an option, but finding the right support can be difficult. That’s where we come in. If you’ve got a design, we can build it, manage it, handle show services, deliver, and install, becoming an extension of your own team.”
Within the first six weeks of reaching out to contacts and industry peers, Exib has secured three new clients.
What’s next for 2026?
The company is also developing a new website and moving to new premises after nearly 25 years in Wembley, which will allow it to reorganise its workshop and office space.
For a company that’s spent years working in the background, this next chapter looks set to bring it forward.
