The Association of Event Venues (AEV) Catering Working Group have announced the appointment of a new chair and vice-chair. The new chair of the Catering Working Group is Amy Chong, head of food and beverage at ExCeL London. This appointment comes after Chong served as vice-chair to Jamie Anderson, the venue director for SEC Food.
