The Association of Event Organisers has launched a Quizmas Social, to bring members together for an evening of festive fun, networking and a quiz to round off the year.
The AEO Quizmas Social, organised by the body’s marketing working group, will take place on 28 November at CloserStill Media’s offices in Shepherd’s Bush, London.
Chloe Monina, marketing group chair and marketing director of Professional Beauty, said: “We wanted to give AEO members a chance to come together for a bit of fun, after an extraordinarily busy year – the perfect way to end the year on a high note.”
The event will run from 17:30 to 20:30 at CloserStill Media, with festive food, drinks, and music. Christmas jumpers are optional but encouraged. There are 100 places available and six per member company.
Jess Hockman, marketing group vice chair and marketing director of Informa Markets added: “Following the success of the AEO Marketing Social, where marketers benefited greatly from networking and building new connections, we were inspired to extend this opportunity to the broader industry. Since everyone enjoys a good quiz, we thought it would be the perfect way to bring people together.”
