Farnborough International Airshow will feature a new sixth hall in 2026, following a full sell-out of exhibitor space a year in advance, making it the largest show in the event’s 78-year history.
The expanded venue will provide additional chalet and exhibitor space for the five-day event, which runs from 20 to 24 July.
More than 63 % of exhibitors booked so far are international, including 22 % participating for the first time.
The show continues to serve the aerospace, defence, space and adjacent sectors.
The 2026 event will host the largest US presence in its history, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Bell Textron, GE Aerospace, and the US Pavilion by Kallman Worldwide. Archer, a US electric air taxi manufacturer, will be among the first exhibitors in the new hall. Other confirmed international pavilions include India, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Brazil and Switzerland.
The show will include the UK Government Hub, Space Zone, Business Connections Exchange, and the Aerospace Global Forum. On 24 July, it will open to the public for Pioneers of Tomorrow, a programme aimed at inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals.
Gareth Rogers, CEO of Farnborough International, said: “The expansion of our site and the opening of the new exhibition hall mark an exciting new chapter, enabling us to welcome more exhibitors and new sectors, showcase further cutting-edge technologies and create even greater opportunities for international trade and partnership.
“This investment reflects our commitment to keeping Farnborough International at the forefront of the industry and supporting the growth of our primary industries.”
