Mark Field FIH, operations director, said: “We find that clients are attracted to and enthralled by our story; they are not just booking an event, they are directly contributing to the delivery of one of our charitable objectives. More and more companies are realising that they can hold an event that contributes to their CSR objectives, and also receive a professional service with excellent food, attentive customer service, and AV and IT support of the highest order.
“I’m proud that the professional service delivered by our team has resulted in an almost 100 per cent retention rate on the new business generated.”
