UBM is expecting more than 150 companies to exhibit at its ICMI Call Centre and Customer Management Expo (CCE) on its return to Olympia this October.
According to the organiser, the exhibition on 2-3 October aims to unite the entire call centre and customer management industry for two days of networking opportunities and learning about the latest industry trends and best practices.
More than 5,000 visitors are expected, surpassing the 2012 total unique attendance of 4,974 (ABC audited).
The eCommerce Expo will also return to Olympia, co-locating with CCE, dedicated to all aspects of selling online. The combined event will feature an education programme, including the Customer Service Excellence Arena.
The organiser has added new features to the show this year, including the People Zone where visitors can receive advice on motivational training solutions for their employees, and the Innovation Zone where visitors can vote for their favourite new product at the event.
Last week, UBM released its H1 interim results, highlighting a positive shift towards emerging markets.
