The Women In Exhibitions webinar series returns on 10 September, where an experienced panel will discuss their various roads to success.
EN and the Women in Exhibitions European Chapter bring together leading industry experts to discuss one of the hottest topics in business today – closing the pay gap.
In this session we highlight the gender pay gap within the exhibition industry and discuss what necessary measures are needed to tackle the problem.
Speakers include Janice Rogers (corporate vice president of HR at Diversified Communications), Ian Washington-Smith (director of Shinesmith), David Scholz (an international business development and diversity consultant) and Christina Adesina (co-founder of SellFluent).
The session will be moderated by Mash Media’s editorial director, Martin Fullard.

Ian is a Director of Shinesmith Academy a company that seeks to empower individuals by improving their practical understanding of people, their thinking and behaviour. He is a Behavioural Expert and Executive Coach and in a previous career worked to progress the Diversity Agenda as a Founder Member of the Black Police Association.
David Scholz David Scholz BDD
International Business Development and Diversity Consultant, based in Germany.
David has lived on both sides of the gender spectrum and has sat on both sides of the table, as an applicant, an employee and as a hiring manager. He has been working in the legal industry for 20 years and today runs his own business as a business development and diversity consultant for the professional services world.
Christina Adesina, SellFluent
Christina Adesina, British born Nigerian entrepreneur. She spent her formative career years within the corporate sector working in the event industry as a commercial manager managing large teams before she launched her own exhibition and conference called ‘Shades of Beauty LIVE’.
