Reed Exhibitions has announced that it has acquired Imbibe Media, the company behind B2B drinks industry show Imbibe Live.
The acquisition encompasses the Imbibe media platforms, including Imbibe magazine, and the company’s annual Sommelier Wine Awards.
Imbibe Live was launched in 2010 as a B2B event focusing on the complete range of on-trade drinks, from spirits, wines and beers to tea, coffee and water products.

The 2016 edition of the show, which was held on 4-5 July at Olympia London, welcomed more than 250 exhibiting companies and 12,000 industry attendees.

The next edition of Imbibe Live will take place at Olympia London on 3-4 July 2017.
