The East of England Arena and Events Centre (EEAEC) has announced that the National Festival of Railway Modelling, will return to the venue for the 11th consecutive year.
The festival, which regularly attracts 5000 or more visitors over two days, and will fill the arena with over 30 full layouts, over 100 trade stands, and masterclass demonstrations of the techniques and technology involved in creating model railway layouts.
Venue director of the EEAEC, Jason Lunn, said: “There’s nothing miniature about this show, which fills the arena every year with an incredible variety of model railway layouts and trade stands, not to mention the many societies and clubs that come to meet here and see what’s new in the world of model railways. Warners Shows always puts together an incredibly professional and smoothly run event, and it’s a pleasure to welcome the festival back to Peterborough.”
The National Festival of Railway Modelling with take place from 7-8 December 2019.
