Northern Restaurant and Bar, a trade event organised by Holden Media, returned to Manchester Central on 19-20 March to bring together the creme of the northern hospitality industry with its 280 exhibitors.
The show included 65 live demonstrations across four specially-built theatres, giving its 8,312 visitors the chance to see 12 well-known chefs cook their signature dishes at Chef Live.
The Market Kitchen featured experts performing live demos covering areas such as patisserie & bread-making, fish preparation and street food, while the Grape & Grain Theatre saw see two days of wine and beer tutored tastings led by industry professionals, class-leading operators and sommeliers.
