This role currently reports into the Managing Director/Business Unit Director, you will be mainly responsible for the development and delivery of projects and business associated with specific customers. The function will require a strong organisational and communication skills, a Team player who can work alone, and as part of our Global network.
Collaborate is a unique business in which remote working is encouraged and time with clients is vital, you will be expected to spend some time in the HQ and other regional depots, international travel will be likely and the varied hours of our industry a certain. Operational Functions that this role is responsible for:
Project manage specified jobs from confirmation to execution.
Manage the setup and live days of virtual events on various platforms.
Coordinate site surveys – photograph, measure, recommend materials and create a document detailing all elements of the survey.
Booking all logistic requirements including freight/transportation, installers, installer travel requirements, and client storage requirements.
Responsible for all onsite project delivery.
Responsible for stage setup on Hybrid events.
Produce a post project reconciliation and evaluation report detailing the performance and delivery from all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for the generation and compliance of all relevant RAM documentation.
Ensure all operational requirements are delivered in line with H&S framework
Ensure total visibility of planned requirements are available to our Global network.
Delivering Operational requirements on budget and with a Commercial awareness.
Commercial Function that this role is responsible for:
Oversight for delivery of projects for specific customers, and within budget.
Raising PO on our sales system in line with job requirements.
Preparation and management for the purchase order process through our sales system.
Joint meeting minutes and action management.
SPARK – management of each stage and client responses where required.
Reconciliation of all projects associated with Account base.
Sales Function support:
Joint & sole attendance to sales meetings.
Support with collating and sharing actions and updates within Sales Function as needed.
Support with creating and distributing sales presentations as required.
Client visits and internal meetings to lead & provide support.
Head Office Functions that this role is responsible for:
Weekly commercial updates on projects to Finance.
Delivery of all internal processes whilst looking to develop these going forward.
Support on ISO documentation and process updates.
Display at all times the company key values and beliefs.
• Practically minded, creative solution-based thinking, a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge and experience in the Events industry, and a digital offering preferable.
• A high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• An excellent communicator and ability to manage onsite crew.
• Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
