Reporting to our Directors, this role places you firmly at the front end of our business. The delivery of account plans, development of business associated with specific customers and nurturing existing customers and projects. The function will require a New Business acumen, strong organisational skills and eye for detail, a Team player who can work alone, and as part of our Global network.
This role will require the applicant to be able to display the companies values and passion for our work, and will form the first impression for our business to existing and new clients, so a strong sense of confidence in your ability to pitch and describe your ideas is key.
Collaborate is a unique business in which remote working is encouraged and time with clients is vital, you will be expected to spend some time in the HQ and Reading offices, international travel will be likely and the varied hours of our industry a certain.

Sales Functions that this role is responsible for:
Grow existing client business by nurturing and researching possible upcoming work and projects for them.
Identify potential new business from social platforms and online researching.
Respond to incoming contact from monthly email campaigns to establish potential new jobs and clients.
Ensure our CRM software is up to date with client categories and communication history.
Joint & sole attendance to sales and project meetings for existing & new business accounts.
Collate and share actions and updates within Sales Function as needed.
Creating and distribute sales presentations as required.
Taking minutes at meetings as required.
Administration on sales contracts.
Commercial Function that this role is responsible for:
Preparation and management for quoting/ PO/ Invoice process through our sales software.
Create cost and production trackers for all internal and external resourcing requirements.
Joint meeting minutes and action management.
SPARK – management of each stage and client responses where required.
Reconciliation of all projects associated with Account base.
Reconciliation signoff with Finance Director.
Ensure total visibility of planned requirements are available to our Global network.
Client visits and internal meetings to lead & provide support.
Studio Function support:
Briefing and collation of client requirements for pitches and creative responses, into internal and external studio resource.
Assist in creation of pitch templates and responses.
Creation of branded content for marketing functions.
Operational Function support:
Oversight for delivery of projects for specific customers.
Support for provision of installation & crew labour.
Provide onsite support when needed.
Help catalogue warehouse spaces for client assets and communicate to clients.
Head Office Functions that this role is responsible for:
Taking minutes at meetings as required, distribute and update on follow-ups.
Weekly commercial updates on projects to Finance.
Office supplies and maintenance if required.
Delivery of all internal processes whilst looking to develop these going forward.
Support on ISO documentation and process updates.
Display at all times the company key values and beliefs.

• Knowledge and experience in the Events industry, and a digital offering preferable.
• Creative solution-based thinking.
• Excellent reporting skills, a keen eye for detail.
• A high level of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• An excellent communicator with the flair to engage all types of contacts with a strong commercial acumen.
• Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint).
• Adobe Creative suite – Acrobat Pro / Sketch up.
