Historic Royal Palaces announces supplier list to 2022

by Nicola Macdonald

Historic Royal Palaces, the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens in Northern Ireland, has announced its new supplier lists after a re-tendering process.

In place until 2022, the lists contain new and existing suppliers, with new additions including caterers A&B and Jimmy Garcia, florists Larry Walshe and Wild About, and production specialists Bespoke and Lightning Events Ltd.

Wise Productions joined the list of ‘crowned’ cross palace suppliers, an accreditation which highlights them as being particularly high-performing, while many suppliers with existing crown status have maintained this position, including caterers Rhubarb and Blue Strawberry, florists Lavender Green and Simon Lycett, entertainment specialists Sternberg Clarke and Prelude and production experts HRP Event Solutions.

New cross-palace suppliers include Food Show and Pinstripes & Peonies, with new caterers at the Tower of London such as Chamberlains and Party Ingredients, and new suppliers at Hampton Court Palace including London Event Productions and The PyroStudio.

Liz Young, head of events at Historic Royal Palaces, said: “We are so excited to reveal our new supplier lists, welcoming many new names as well as maintaining some fantastic existing relationships. We are committed to providing clients with a range of versatile suppliers who can deliver innovative and exciting options for events at our iconic heritage venues and are looking forward to working with all of our suppliers to continue to host the most spectacular events!

“All events held within our venues help to ensure that they continue to be well maintained and open for all to enjoy, with income raised from commercial activities reinvested in conservation, public access and educational activities.”
