Exhibition News appoints Hubilo as platform partner

by Cameron Roberts

Exhibition News has appointed event technology company, Hubilo, as its platinum tech and platform partner.

Together with Hubilo, EN will be able to diversify our ticket offering and allow families of the individuals to view live events and really be part of the achievements amongst this incredible community. The company will be the partner across the EN portfolio, with plenty of exciting opportunities to introduce new technologies to existing EN brands.

Hubilo was founded in 2015 with a mission to drive stronger, more meaningful event engagement amongst the brands organising the event, attendees, sponsors, etc. This mission began with machine-learning powered matchmaking that connected people at an event based upon shared goals and interests. This mission expanded with solutions that met more of the needs of event organisers, such as event marketing solutions, web + mobile app development for events, ticketing, and more.

Andrew Walmsley, portfolio director, Exhibition News, said: “We spent a long time reviewing and assessing the right partner for us to amplify the Exhibition News digital offering in the right way, with face-to-face always being at the core of what we do. Hubilo operate in 500+ countries and have already boosted the UX of over 10 million events and so we know the Exhibition News brand and events is in safe hands and we look forward to a long relationship with Hubilo.”

Liesl Leary-Perez, VP corporate marketing, Hubilo, said: “We are thrilled to be recognized for our leadership in the industry space by Exhbition News. Having already hosted over 6K events, 100M interactions, and 2M attendees, we know how to bridge the gap between online and in-person events and enhance the experience for both.”
