Organiser Broden Media will introduce a new search and rescue zone and a networking area featuring over 80 emergency services-related voluntary sector partners and NGOs for its upcoming Emergency Services Show.
The exhibition at The NEC on 24-25 September will have more than 450 exhibitors, and underwater rescue demonstrations for its ninth edition.
“The Emergency Services Show offers visitors genuine opportunities for learning and networking. Nothing compares to physically handling an unfamiliar piece of equipment or gaining practical experience of the latest rescue techniques,” said event director David Brown. “Training alongside other bluelight service or rescue professionals, discussing challenges and sharing ideas improves co-working and empowers visitors to do their jobs better.”
Exhibitors will include the British Red Cross, National Ambulance Resilience Unit, and the Flood Forecasting Centre.
Running alongside The Emergency Services Show in private rooms located in the atrium outside Halls 17 and 18, will be a number of AGMs and meetings, held by industry bodies such as CFOA National Resilience, The Emergency Planning Society and Fire National Procurement Group.
Last year the show announced it would expand and improve its visitor experience.
