CHS Group, organiser of the annual Conference and Hospitality Show, held on 8 April in Leeds, has hailed the fifth edition a success, claiming it grew again in size.
The show, which took place in The Centenary Pavilion, was attended by 650 meetings industry professionals.
Show directors Emma Cartmell and Sue Beverley increased the VIP programme this year and said more than 100 exhibitors attended, including international hotel brands Hilton, Radisson Blu and De Vere.
“This year we attracted more destination exhibitors, including VisitYork4Meetings, Destination Bristol and Staffordshire Conference Bureau. We are beginning to have a national reputation for delivering quality events and we are delighted with that,” said Cartmell.
The show provided 12 seminars across three stages and an interactive demo zone with live cookery demonstrations.
Back in 2012, Emma Cartmell’s Event Management 360, the owner of the Conference and Hospitality Show merged with agency Fire Circle to form The CHS Group.
