Case study: 750,000 delegate movements tracked at RCN Congress

by EN

Traffic analysis at the UK’s largest healthcare event recorded more than 750,000 delegate movements.

XALINK tracked delegates and captured leads alongside the Royal College of Nursing, throughout the RCN Congress 2022.

Prior to the event each attendee was issued with a uniquely numbered RFID badge with their associated details held on a could server. To analyse traffic flow each badge was then automatically recorded at strategic read-points throughout the 15,000 sqm exhibition area.

To record delegate leads, each badge was scanned at the exhibitor stand and specific interests selected and recorded. During the five-day event XALINK recorded more than 750,000 delegate movements and thousands of exhibitor leads.
