British Marine has announced a restructure of its Boat Shows’ team. The changes are linked to an enhanced way of thinking and planning for the forthcoming TheYachtMarket.com Southampton Boat Show and 2019’s London Boat Show, and the future of both events.
James Day, now heads up British Marine’s Boat Shows’ team as chief legal & operations officer. He is backed by committed colleagues who have many years’ experience of selling, promoting and organising boat shows.
Carol Taylor becomes head of Boat Shows sales & sponsorship and will continue to work with Loretta Westoll-Green as senior account executive signing up the hundreds of companies that exhibit at both Shows.
Daniel Taylor is now head of boat show operations. He is supported by Kimberley Woods, acting as day-to-day liaison for logistical enquiries in the run up to and during the shows.
An integrated Marcomms team has been formed, which features:
- Sarah Audsley – marcomms strategist
- Annabel Wildey – senior PR & communications executive
- Parmeet Padam – content executive
- A sales promotion executive (currently vacant)
