The new strategy director at FreemanXP talks rigour, empathy and Sharpies in all the colours of the rainbow

An exciting design-thinking project and a daunting RFP.
How do you intend to face the challenges in the industry?
By first understanding the challenges better.
There is never enough time!
Best piece of advice?
Who is the individual you most admire?
My mother and father.
