Organiser i2i has said The Energy Event has more than 60 per cent of exhibition space already rebooked following an expected best-ever attendance.
Pending audit, the show welcomed five per cent more visitors than last year, with 7,583 attending The Energy Event and the co-located exhibitions, The Renewables Event and The Water Event at the NEC on 16-17 September.
This year’s strong conference programme featured 73 seminar sessions across three theatres.
Keynote speakers included leading Oxford economist Dieter Helm and Mark Gallagher, former head of commercial affairs for Red Bull.
Russell Bacon, portfolio director at i2i Events Group, said: “We have been delighted with this year’s Energy Event, which has proved a huge success for exhibitors and visitors alike. With so many legislative changes on the horizon, it’s more important than ever for businesses to stay abreast of energy management developments and opportunities.”
The i2i Events Group has launched a new show in partnership with the Lighting Industry Association.
