Event profs will be racing along to Sandown Racecourse on 20 September for the seventh EN Raceday.
The annual event features a focused panel discussion, debating one specific topic, followed by lunch, networking and an afternoon at the races. It is a fantastic opportunity for event profs to learn about an important issue affecting the industry, network with top figures in UK exhibitions and possibly even win a few quid on the horses.
The topic of this year’s panel discussion is one that has already begun to have a major impact on the industry: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
EN will be gathering together three leading UK marketing directors along with data expert Christine Andrew, who will host the session, to debate the dangers and opportunities of the regulation, which takes effect in May 2018.
Exhibition organisers are invited to attend the EN Raceday free of charge (with a £10 donation to Lord’s Taverners), while venues and suppliers will be able to purchase tickets for £199 (AEV/ESSA members £149).
