Over 4,000 visitors for CCR Expo

by Nicola Macdonald

CCR Expo, a medical aesthetics trade event organised by Easyfairs, welcomed more than 4,000 visitors and 150 exhibitors to Olympia London on 4-5 October 2018.

The show launched in 2013 and was acquired by Easyfairs from Nineteen Events in 2016.

The show delivered more than 20 hours of educational content, with talks on different aspects of business, from building client engagement to reputation protection.

The Clinic and Practice Management Conference held a number of talks focusing on
different aspects of business from building client engagement to reputation protection. This
included an afternoon from the JCCP (Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners), which held discussions on the regulation and voluntary regulation of the sector for practitioners and educational training establishments to provide excellent standards of practice in the cosmetic sector. There was also advice on the educational standards and levels of training for practitioners to enter on to the JCCP register.

Alison Willis, divisional director of CCR Expo, commented: “This year was a stand-out year
for the conference. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from both visitors and
exhibitors alike and I think the quality of content has been a key driver in this respect.”

The show also rebooked more than 75 per cent of exhibitors for next year’s event.
