After four years as head of insight and CRM with the NEC Group, Adi Clark has launched his own consultancy, Reveal Insight.
Clark aims to work with businesses to understand and exploit the increasing volume of data available to them.
Services will range from the design of end-to-end data strategies, through to bespoke analytics plans and the scoping and implementation of CRM programmes.
Target customers include all components of the live events, sports, entertainment and destination sectors, including event organisers and promoters, venues and destinations, ticketing agencies, contractors and catering businesses.
“This isn’t an overnight launch – it’s been over 20 years in the making,” said Clark. “My whole career has involved working with data, and I’ve seen at first hand what an incredible asset it can be, provided it’s used correctly.”
As well as providing strategic advice and consultancy, Clark says he will use the network of providers and partners that he has established over the years to provide end-to-end solutions.
Clark won Best Venue Marketer while at The NEC in the Exhibition News Awards 2011.
