More than 2,000 van operators are expected to attend the 12th annual Mercedes-Benz VanExperience LIVE, which opens at Millbrook Venues tomorrow.
The Bedfordshire testing grounds’ 70km of tracks and its Concept 1 and Concept 2 venues will be used throughout the 10-day event (2-12 June).
The invite-only event will see guests experience Mercedes-Benz vans in ride and drive activities on Millbrook’s hill routes, city courses and challenging off road tracks.
A display of vehicles, including vans from more than 30 body builder and conversion companies will also be exhibited in the wings of Millbrook’s unique Concept 1 venue, with meetings to be held in the domes.
Millbrook’s 1,250sqm Concept 2 venue will host a series of conference sessions and will be the main meeting point for guests between each ride and drive element.
Steve Bridge, managing director of Mercedes-Benz Vans said: “Visiting VanExperience LIVE really does help our van buyers and their drivers to make up their minds when it comes to assessing their next vehicle purchase. The feedback we receive each year proves the format is the best in the industry.”
Kevin Leaver, head of events at Millbrook Venues, said: “As the leading location for a whole range of automotive events, from dealer days and product launches to team building and training, Millbrook Venues naturally lends itself to VanExperience LIVE. We are excited about working with Steve and the team to produce a memorable event.”
