The seventh annual EN Race Day drew to a close yesterday with more than 150 event professionals captivated by insights from guest speaker Christine Andrews on key aspects of the GDPR regulation and what it will mean for exhibition organisers.
The panel – made up of CloserStill head of data Richard Bowen, Artexis Easyfairs marketing director Alison Church, and Sylvain Meneux, Upper Street Events head of marketing – provided an engaging debate.
Networking drinks followed a three-course meal served at Sandown Park’s the Gold Cup suite at Sandown with attendees enjoying a great day with flutter on the horses.
Johnno Gordon, sales director for Exhibition News, commented: “We’re very pleased with EN Race Day 2017. We had a brilliant guest speaker and expert panellists sharing their knowledge and perspective on the forthcoming GDPR regulation and a great networking afternoon. We would like to thank all attendees, and specially our sponsors and partners for making this such a successful event.”
Organiser Mash Media confirmed a continued partnership with Sandown Park and the next two years’ ENRD will return to the racecourse venue.
EN Race Day is sponsored by Circdata, GES, Showlite, Aztec, Creative Hire, Pitman’s People and Insite Graphics, Group 101, beMatrix, Aniseed PR and Silverstream.
