CrowdComms has launched its Pronto! badge-printing kiosks to the UK events market. The kiosks enable event attendees to check-in and print their own badges via touch-screen technology.
While the event app is now commonplace at the majority of UK events, CrowdComms saw a need to reflect the app’s functionality at the registration stage of an exhibition or conference.
Replacing tables with pre-printed badges, the Pronto! kiosks are designed to reduce event entry queues with intuitive and fast digital processing.
Felix Stroud-Allen, CrowdComms UK managing director, believes the kiosks will revolutionise how events welcome their attendees: “We recognised that while many events had great content and great technology, they were being let down by manual check-in processes. There was a real need to offer planners a solution that would replace the time-consuming task of pre-printed badge allocation.”
Pronto! kiosks are suitable for exhibitions, conferences or meetings. Available in a stand-alone MAX version, or table-top MINI, the kiosks can be configured to suit any event size and budget.
“Although the Pronto! kiosk can be used as a standalone product, it also connects seamlessly with our event app. This means instant data transfer which provides efficient session check-in, activity reports and attendee profiles,” Stroud-Allen continued.
