Next year’s Midlands edition of the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show will see show organiser Centaur team up with Wealth Media’s National Property Investment Expo to co-host a new residential property event.
To be held at The NEC on 27-30 March 2014, the event will offer a seminar and masterclass programme.
“Our audience has a huge appetite for property and related areas including property as an investment,” said Nick Noble, managing director of Centaur Special Interest Exhibitions. “By teaming up with this exciting new investment exhibition, we are providing a fascinating and highly relevant event for them to explore new ideas and opportunities and adding to their show experience.”
The new National Property Investment Expo is aimed at budding property entrepreneurs and is led by the team behind Landlord & Lettings Shows.
“Thousands of visitors will be able to move seamlessly between the shows over the four days enjoying the benefits of an unrivalled variety of seminars, master classes and exhibitors,” said Wealth Media managing director Oliver Romain.
“Most property investors are also interested in or actively involved in property development and home improvement, so it makes good sense for them to attend the National Homebuilding and Renovating Show, when they visit the Property Investment Expo.”
